Professor of Education was the founder/Chairman of Guru Teg Bahadur College of Education. A man of principles and discipline who served in the field of Education for sixty years at least in the Government sector. In different colleges such as degree college Udhampur Women college Gandhi Nagar Jammu Government B.Ed College Jammu till Retirement in 1994. After which he also served as a Principal Dogra B.Ed College after which due to his innovative  enthusiastic  and energetic nature, the foundation stone of Guru Teg Bahadur B.Ed College was laid down  in year 2005. After which under his supervisions the College came in to existence in 2007-2008. Further with new ideas and with strict supervision he monitored the College till 2014. on the whole one can say that he was THE REAL EDUCATIONALIST of the era  till date  and  moreover nothing less but “THE OCEAN OF THE EDUCATION” we operate.
